Shipping

All orders place within the United States and Canada are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), and usually arrive within 3 - 7 business days. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii usually take longer. We do not ship to PO boxes and we only ship credit card and PayPal orders to the mailing address that is the same as the credit card used for that purchase and/or confirmed by PayPal. If you would like us to ship to a different address than the one associated with your credit card you must contact your credit card company to add an alternative delivery address to your account.

We ship all orders Monday - Friday; we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. Any orders placed after noon Central time on Friday will be processed for shipment on the following Monday. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. We will always strive to process your order as quickly as possible. Texas is the only state that requires a sales tax to be charged. It is up to the customer to comply with any other local or state sales taxes.

Returns

***All returns must be authorized***

Returns will only be processed for one of the following reasons:

1. Item was the wrong size

2. Wrong item was shipped

3. Item received was defective or damaged*

You may return products purchased from RavageFightWear.com, without any penalty, however, specifying the reason on the return form, within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the products purchased on www.ravagefighter.com. To return products you must use the return form. In order for us to process and grant authorization of a return, you must contact us at customerservice@ravagefighter.comto receive a Return Authorization Form. Once a return form has been sent, please fill out the form and send it back with the item and your original invoice within 14 days of receipt of the products purchased.

* If you were to receive a defective or damaged item, you must notify us within 5 business days of when you received the product to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange for defective goods.*

All returns must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition with all tags still intact. We will do our best to make certain that your experience with us is quick and easy. However, we do have the right to refuse a return if we feel that the item is in unacceptable return condition. We cannot refund shipping charges on exchanges or returns.

Please pack your return item in the original packaging and insure your items for the full purchase amount along with your return form. Ravage Apparel Company is not responsible for lost or stolen items during the return process. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed and inform you of any return details and the status of your return.
